What is the check-in and check-out process?

Check-in is 4 PM at our office (1601 N Florida Avenue, Hernando, FL 34442), and check-out is 10 AM. After-hours arrivals can grab their key from the lockbox next to the office front door. What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Plans change, and we keep our cancellation policy straightforward. Cancel 60 or more days before arrival for a full refund, or 30 to 59 days out for 50% back. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable, so we recommend picking up cancellation insurance just in case.

What supplies are included in the stay?

We stock every home with the basics to get you settled in: travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and bar soap; toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, and kitchen trash bags; hand soap, dish detergent and rags, two dishwasher tablets, two laundry pods, and enough coffee for your first morning. Anything beyond that, we recommend picking up at the store.

What linens are provided?

We provide everything you need. Beds come freshly made with sheets, duvet, and pillows. Bathrooms are stocked with bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. The kitchen is set with drying towels and cleaning rags. All you need to pack is yourself.

Question 5

What's included in a "fully stocked kitchen"?

Accepted Answer

Everything you need to cook a meal, minus the food. Each kitchen comes with a coffee maker, dinnerware and drinkware, utensils and flatware, pots and pans, and baking sheets and pans. Groceries, coffee, and seasonings aren't included, so plan to bring your own or pick them up nearby.

Can I add a gas grill to my stay?

Yes, gas grills are available as an add-on. Just request one when you book or at check-in, and we'll deliver it to your rental with a propane tank included. Ready to fire up whenever you are.

Are pets allowed?

Accepted Answer

Yes, in select homes. We have a handful of pet-friendly rentals available for a non-refundable $100 pet fee, so just filter for "pet-friendly" when you book. The rest of our homes are strictly pet-free to protect future guests and owners with allergies. We love animals, we just have to keep some homes hypoallergenic.

What are the house rules?

Every home has its own quirks, but a few rules apply across all our rentals. The primary guest must be 21 or older and present at check-in, unless prior authorization is given for someone else in the party. Smoking and parties are strictly prohibited at every property, no exceptions. Only the guests listed on the reservation may stay, with a maximum of three vehicles per property. Quiet hours run from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily. Some homes are pet-friendly and some aren't, so check the listing before bringing one along. Please leave furniture where you found it and the home tidy on departure. All guests sign a rental agreement and confirm stay details before arrival.
