The home also includes in-unit laundry, air conditioning, and fast, free Wi-Fi. The three bedrooms comfortably sleep up to 6 guests, and the layout is ideal for both families and groups. (2 King beds and 2 Twin beds) Your favorite place might just be outside. Lounge on the screened patio, relax on the terrace, or spend the day enjoying your private swimming pool. A heated pool option is available (small extra charge), making it perfect year-round. The pool can be heated, please note that there will be an additional charge of $25 per day. Pool heating is 2 night minimum. No more than 3 cars allowed per reservation.
